We offer a 7-day return and replacement window from the date of delivery.
Reverse pickup fee: Rs 100 flat is deducted from the refund on all returns and exchanges. The fee is waived only when the reason is wrong product received — these cases are manually reviewed before pickup is scheduled.
COD orders: you can choose a refund to your bank account or store credit. Both options are available. Store credit is multi-use, has no expiry, and applies at your next checkout.
To be eligible: your item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items: report within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. Wrong-item cases are manually reviewed and no fee is charged. Damaged or defective cases are processed under the standard fee structure.
Not eligible for returns or replacement: Customised products, Festival/Occasion themed products, Gift cards, Gift boxes, and Sale-event purchases.
Shipping and COD charges are not refunded.
Refund processing: 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
